RETURN POLICY:

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the U.S. X5 Networks Online Store: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund. Only items that have been purchased directly from X5 Networks, either through the Online Store or at a Retail Store, can be returned to X5 Networks. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

 

3 Year LTS Warranty

WARRANTY: LT Security, Inc. (referred to as "the Warrantor") warrants against defects in materials or workmanship as follows:

NVRs/DVRs:

Repair/Replacement: For a period of three (3) years on Platinum Series Products, two (2) years on standard HD-SDI and Analog Products, including hard drives from the date of original purchase. If the product is determined to be defective, the Warrantor will repair or replace the unit with new product at its option, at no charge.

CAMERAS:

Repair/Replacement: For a period of three (3) years on Platinum Series cameras; two (2) years for Platinum series PTZ high speed dome;  One (1) year for HD-SDI, Analog, IP and PTZ cameras from the date of original purchase. If the Camera is determined to be defective, the Warrantor will repair or replace the unit at its option, at no charge.

Accessories: For a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase for the accessories, three (3) years on power supplies.  

A purchase receipt or other proof of the date of the original purchase is required before warranty service is rendered. The purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of the returned product to LT Security, Inc.

This Warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship which arise during normal use. This warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the Warrantor or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, faulty installation, set-up adjustments, improper antenna, inadequate signal pickup, maladjustments of consumer controls, improper operation, power line surge, improper voltage supply, lightning damage, rental use of the product or service by anyone other than a LTS authorized repair facility or damage that is attributable to acts of God.

LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS: There are no express warranties except as listed above. The Warrantor will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation, damage to recording media) resulting from the use of these products, or arising out of any breach of the warranty. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Service calls which do not involve defective materials or workmanship as determined by the Warrantor, in its sole discretion, are not covered. Costs of such service calls are the responsibility of the purchaser.
